100WC – Week #32 – Ezra

I was born on the stars, I came to earth by a star and lived like a star. I was there on that star, all of a sudden the temperature drops and suddenly there’s gravity. A piece of stone that I was standing on rips off the star and goes falling to earth. I hold on as long as I can, the stone is on fire and I start choking. I see land. I crash. A flash of light, then, darkness. I wake up to someone standing over me. Yes I’m starborne, being starborne isn’t as good as you think.

  1. Your story is really cool and interesting. Great adjectives. Think how cool it would be if people where actually starborne. Keep writing

  3. Hi there, Ezra! This was a creative take on the prompt. The first line sounds really poetic, especially with the list of three. I also like that you introduced the action, namely the temperature dropping, early on in the story as that grabbed my attention when I first read it. I wonder who the person standing over the narrator was in the end.

All the best with your writing!
