It was a Wednesday afternoon and I was on my way to my karate class. I go to the Mixed Martial Arts place in Hamilton. I’m a 3rd degree black belt, so I’m really good.
I hopped out of the car and walked towards the door. MIXED MARTIAL ARTS read the sign.
I went to my group and started to warm myself up. The people in my group are: Sofia, Jade, Casey, Jason, Bryton, Ashton and me.
“Go and get your punching gloves then go over there”, said the instructor.
I grabbed the boxing gloves and walked over to the bags.
I started to punch the bag when I heard a scream. “HEY!! Don’t punch the wall!!” Screamed the instructor. “Because you did that, you can NOT come to our next lesson.”
“…but I didn’t mean to hit it that hard”, I said back.

Oops! Some of this reads like a true story (I’m thinking the people are friends) but some to work in this weeks prompt. I was wondering if you were going to write more would the characters listed in the group have a bigger role to play? Would they join your lead character the next week but not in the class?
